“Your Selfless efforts are always desirable as they produce some attendant multiplier effects of eschewing crime and criminality – Hon. Ebebi advises Ijaw youths

The All Progressives Congress candidate for the Bayelsa West Senatorial bye-election, Rt. Hon. Peremobowei Ebebi has commended members of the Ijaw Youths Council (IYC), Central Zone, for their show of commitment to the development of Ijaw Land. According to the former Deputy Governor of Bayelsa State, the efforts of the youths led by Comrade Clever Inodu in cleaning up the Ijaw Heros Memorial Park is highly commendable, stating that such an initiative is a reflection of good character and effective leadership qualities.

Having been impressed by the level of enthusiasm displayed by IYC members, Mr. Ebebi opines that with this show of strength of character, it Portends greatness for the future of Ijaw land, adding that such selfless efforts are always desirable as they produce some attendant multiplier effects of eschewing crime and criminality. Rt. Hon. Peremobowei Ebebi advises the youths to always embrace dialogue and other acceptable forms of international best practices in addressing their internal challenges, rather than resorting to unethical measures that will result to unpleasant consequences

The erstwhile Speaker of Bayelsa State House of Assembly, however, uges the youths to apply the same measure of wisdom in the determination of their representatives, as the choice of a committed, selfless Ijaw leader will always make significant difference in terms of making exponential increase in the quality of life of its people. He reiterated the dire need of young men to eschew all forms of unethical behavior, stressing that a society devoid of juvenile delinquency determines its greatness.

Meanwhile, the APC Campaign Organization for the Bayelsa West Senatorial bye-election has observed with total dismay over the contradictions that have trailed the members of the PDP.

The campaign outfit observes that the PDP has always survived with pseudo propaganda in its unabated quest to hoodwink our most esteemed Bayelsans.

The group frowned at the decision of the PDP to embark on a campaign exercise in Ekeremor LGA with speedboats, as opposed to the claims in the media that they have constructed the Sagbama-Ekeremor Road.

To put the records straight, the group notes that a substantial part of the said road was constructed by the NDDC, adding that the fictitious claims by the PDP has been made manifest as they engaged the services of local speedboat owners while going round to Campaign.
