A political group known as the Bayelsa West Restoration Forum is calling on the Bayelsa State Governor, His Excellency, Hon. Henry Seriake Dickson to contest and occupy the Bayelsa west senatorial district in the forthcoming National Assembly elections.
The aforementioned group made the call in a meeting held somewhere in Yenagoa, the state capital at the noon hours of today, Tuesday 7th August 2018.
Hon. Paul Ebiyeibo Kokowa an activist from Ayamasa, Tarakiri ward (1) in Ekeremo Local Government Area, in an interview with newsmen shortly after the meeting, pointed out that Gov. Dickson has done extremely well for the people of Bayelsa west which comprises of Sagbama/Ekeremo LGAs. He also added that Gov. Dickson will be the best candidate to represent the area at the upper chamber.
