The Bayelsa State Chapter of PDP Youth Alliance in conjunction with the International Institution of Tourism and Hospitality has trained 122 PDP women in “food safety and Sanitation. The training which ended yesterday saw the presentation of certificates to successful candidates at the main auditorium of the institution.
The Chairman of the Occasion who is the Commissioner for information Hon Daniel iworiso Markson, Ably represented by comrade Seiyefa Ozaka thanked the Coordinator PDP Youth Alliance comr Solomon David for his stability in handling the group, that the Governor of Bayelsa State Hon Henry Seriake Dickson is happy with the role the PDP Youth Alliance is playing in promoting the Party, especially galvanising support for PDP, and that the ministry of information is ever ready to support the group.
Also speaking, the member representing Southern Ijaw Constuency 3. in the Bayelsa State House of Assembly Hon, Dr Daniel Igali was astonished seen the number of persons the Restoration Government through the PDP Youth Alliance has trained is overwhelming.
Champion Igali further Advocated that Men should be included in subsequent training, that the certificate is very very important for all and not just female and pleaded to include males on it.
The representative of the Zonal Coordinator PDP Youth Alliance Hon pulu Juliet Zifawei who is the Zonal Secretary also thanked the of the State Chapter Comr Solomon David in all his efforts in making the Party proud in the State and urged every participants to use the certificate they have gotten very well.
In an interview, Hon Godsave Aladei who is the SA political to the group told Nolly TV Africa, the importance of the certificate, that soon without the Food Safety and Sanitation certificate. Companies like shell will not lodge in your hotel, that every Hospitality outfits must have Food Safety and Sanitation staff in it.
At the graduation ceremony, Comrade Seiyefa Uzaka represented the Honourable Commissioner for Information.
The successful candidates were presented with certificates.
