I can boldly say this is the CP who is living within his earnings and refused to be bought over.
Unlike Abba Kyari who is said to have paid 70 million naira for a house he will demolish to pave way to his mansion in Maiduguri, CP Wakili is living in his modest house with dignity and respect. His heartbeat is not:
