According to Payment Voucher obtain by our correspondent at the Bayelsa State Treasury shows that Governor Seriake Dickson approved N230Million for 2019 Christmas Decoration.
Our Source reveals that the Christmas Decorations contract was awarded to the Bayelsa First Lady Dr. Mrs Racheal Dickson.
Our Source also confirmed that this said amount is for every December since the inception of the Governor Dickson led Restoration administration.
Available documents shows that N1.840Billion has been spent on Christmas decorations for the past eight years under the Dickson Restoration Government. The Sum of N230million is paid to the Bayelsa First Lady every December for Christmas Decorations in the State for the past eight years.
