Earlier today in Port Harcourt, Rivers State and as part of the 3 years anniversary of Governor Nyesom Wike, the National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Prince Uche Secondus received huge decampees from the failed and dysfunctional All Progressive Congress (APC), to the PDP.
The National Chairman, Prince Secondus also commissioned the former Creeks Road, now Dame Patience Jonathan Road, PortHarcourt, Rivers State.
