The Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) has released the official portrait of its Administrator, Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro.
Otuaro who was recently appointed by President Bola Tinubu holds a PhD in Comparative Politics & Development Studies, an MSc in Public Administration, and a BSc in Education.
Before his appointment, Otuaro served as a top-level executive of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), it was gathered.
