NANS condemned, disassociates self from Students protesting against Bayelsa Tribunal Judgement that Sacked Douye Diri as Governor

The leader of (NANS) Bayelsa State, Comr. Comr Frank Shedrach Inaingo have in strong terms condemned and disassociated the umbrella body of the Nigeria Students from the shenanigans orchestrated by some self serving individuals to carry out protest against a judgement given by a competent court of law.

He stated that as far as the body Is concerned there was no time such agreements was reached overtly or covertly by the leadership of NANS Bayelsa State where in it was agreed that such actions be carried out.

NANS respects the constitution and laws of the Nation, and will at no time carry out such actions against the country. NANS remains a student body and is not a political Party or an appendage of a political party to be used in satisfying anyones whims. NANS sole duty is to speak for the Nigeria student and push for their rights and privileges.

The public is hereby advice to disregard any claims by any mischief maker claiming to be carrying out any action in the name of NANS Bayelsa State.
