Regular courts were supposed to look into the case being pre-election matter

The time had elapsed before it was sued

First and second candidates did not meet the requirements, from documentary evidence. There was no valid nomination.

Failed woefully to prove valid nomination of candidates

Valid nomination and exclusion share a symbiotic relationship

The tribunal judgement has been struck out

Issues 2,3&4 resolved in favor of Douye Diri in the ANDP case to the effect that they had no valid nomination and as such couldn’t have been excluded… Majority judgement set aside and appeal Allowed.
