The court of Appeal in Abuja on Friday upheld the election of Bayelsa State governor, Duoye Diri

The court overturned the nullification of the governor’s election by the Bayelsa State election petition tribunal.

The five-man panel of the appellate court held that the tribunal acted outside its jurisdiction in nullifying the governor’s election.
