Fear of coronavirus: Man uses stick to operate ATM [Video]

A Nigerian man was spotted using a stick to operate the ATM in order to avoid contact with the machine over fear of coronavirus.

Surprised by the gentleman’s ‘extreme measure’, someone who was waiting in line to also use the ATM took a video of him as he used the withdrawing machine.

The increased cases of the novel Coronavirus in the country with over 50 confirmed cases have created lot of fears in Nigerians.

This has made some Nigerians to resolve to their own personal precautionary measures to further curb the spread of the virus.

Some have improvised sanitizers for dry gin also known as ”Ogogoro,” made their own facial mask and seriously take vitamin C to combat the disease.

Meanwhile the Nigeria Centre of Diseases (NCDC) has advised that regular hand washing with soap, social distancing, avoiding crowd and avoid touching face will help prevent one’s contact with the disease.
