DEFECTION: BRASS COUNCIL BOSS LAUDS GOV. DICKSON …..SAYS THE APC HAS BEEN HIT BY A POLITICAL EARTHQUAKE

Caretaker Chairman Brass Local Government Area Mr Victor Isaiah has extolled His Excellency Governor Henry Seriake Dickson for building the state chapter of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) into a viable, well institutionalized, highly internally democratic, coherent and disciplined relevance, attributing the recent gale of defection to the well structured state of the party capacitated by the
exceptional leadership style of governor Dickson.

Speaking to newsmen during the state organized mega rally to officially welcome the chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and former Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission, (NDDC), Chief Ndutimi Alaibe alongside other bigwigs of the party with their teeming supporters, at the Peace Park, Yenagoa, the enigmatic chairman pointed that the desertion of the key APC members from the party once again give credence to the supremacy of the PDP in Bayelsa state.

Giving an analytical picture of what the phenomenon which he described as a political harvest will mean for the APC in the forthcoming general election and subsequent guber election in the state, Chairman Victor Isaiah asserted that indeed the APC has been hit by a political earthquake beyond recovery.

“I see this great feat by our dynamic Governor and the PDP as a turning point for the party as the APC can no longer win any election in our state. With this development, the APC has been dealt a political blow likened to an earthquake with no option of recovery”

According to Victor Isaiah, no well meaning and decent person would identify with the APC that have brought untold hardship to Nigerians as well as institutionalized high level of corruption, criminality and falsehood. He reiterated the need for Bayelsans to rally round Governor Dickson who he said has transformed the state in all spheres.

The colourful grand reception featured pronouncements by Chief Ndutimi Alaibe, Hon Gideon Ekeowei, Chief Rufus Abadi and Chief Nathan Egba resonating the demand of party faithful to totally wind up the APC in Bayelsa state.

Highlight of the event was the open dumping of the broom symbol of the APC and the joyous dance dubbed “dance of victory” by Governor Dickson.
