BREAKING: Gunmen Kidnapped Bayelsa Assembly Member

The member representing Nembe Constituency 2 in the Bayelsa State House of Assembly, Chief Irigha Brigidi has reportedly been abducted.

NAIJA LIVE TV gathered that the newly sworn-in State Assembly lawmaker who is the Deputy Minority whip was kidnapped in Azikoro town, a suburb of Yenagoa, the state capital by gunmen.

The Bayelsa State Police Command is yet to make any statement regarding the incident that has thrown many of the lawmaker’s constituents and loved ones into a sorrowful mood.
