…Says he has worked for others and will win for the party
The Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party Nembe LGA caucus, Chief Blessing Ipigansi Izagara, has endorsed the candidature of Hon. Jonathan R. Obuebite PhD, for the seat of Brass/Nembe Federal House of Representatives, come 2023.
He made the statement last weekend in Yenagoa when Hon. Obuebite interacted with delegates from Nembe LGA to solicit their support in the fort-coming PDP delegate primaries stated to hold on the 22nd of May 2022.
The former Çommisioner for Science and Tech, Hon. Izagara noted that obuebite has worked hard, stood strong for the party, all of us and now is the time for us to reciprocate.
He noted with a keen I test that Nembe Ogbolomabiri has not produced a member of the Federal Constituency since the seat was established 23 years ago and that the people of Brass LGA should concede the seat to Ogbolomabiri and Dr Obuebite since he is the only aspirant from Nembe LGA.
According to the caucus chairman, “All the aspirants are qualified but Obuebite has a fantastic profile, an Alumni of Harvard University with a lot of Legislative and Executive experience haven represented his people in the House of Assembly for 8 years and became a Chief Whip, he was a former Commissioner for Information and later Education with Giant stride. He is versatile and very energetic and will comfortably win the general election for the party.
“I call on us all to support his candidature, owing to his hard work, dedication to the party and many of us now is the time for us to support him”. Izagara noted.
