Workers Day: Gov Ayade Pays May Salary On May Day

Cross River State governor, Professor Ben Ayade has once again paid May salaries on May day to workers and public office holders in the state.

Professor Ben Ayade, whom workers in the state popularly call “alert master”, said his interest’s in the welfare of workers and to appreciate their contributions to the development of the state.

Governor Ben Ayade had assured workers when he came into office in 2015 of his commitment to pay workers salaries on or before the 26th of every month, this he has fulfilled and even surpassed according to some workers
