An unconfirmed report has it that, some agents of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Bayelsa State Charter are in a popular hotel now in Abuja with N6.3bn to bribe their way through, ahead the Supreme Court sitting tomorrow.
According to our source, said the PDP agents are in a mission to bribe lawyers and Judges of the Supreme Court to reject the appeal of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
It could be recalled that Supreme Court had on the 13th February, 2020, sacked the APC Governor-elect, Chief David Lyon, on the grounds that his Deputy, Degi Eremienyo, submitted wrong information to INEC.
Explaining further, our source said that the plot got exposed when an unidentified member of the APC ran into them at the said hotel.
“The leadership of the APC have been alerted and adequate steps are being taken to foil their plans and ensure that Bayelsa electorates get justice soon.”
