The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has set aside judgement on governorship tussle between the governor of Osun State, Gboyega Oyetola and Senator Ademola Adeleke on May 2_ 2019.
Senator Adeleke won the case at the Governorship Election Petition Tribunal few weeks ago.
