The Reformed Niger Delta Avengers RNDA in coalition with nine militants groups in the creeks that is agitating for the practical development of the Niger Delta has called on President Muhammadu Buhari and security agencies to ignore the purported sponsored threat statement made by the self acclaimed Niger Delta Republic Freedom Fighters Group that they will declare a Niger Delta Republic on the 29th of may, saying that it should not be taking serious because it lack the power and the momentum to declare such as they claim on the pages of news paper.
The RNDA which accepted the federal government ceasefire agreement since on the 21st of Augus ,2016 noted that the threat statements was cooked sponsored by some disgruntled corrupt minded element set of leaders of the PDP in the region having failed the just concluded presidential election and are facing corruption charges in the country under the president Muhammadu Buhari led APC federal government, the above statement that is coming from the non existent self acclaimed Niger Delta Republic Freedom Fighters Group is just another plore for this corrupt group of persons to gain political recognition from the federal government under president Muhammadu Buhari to be relevance in the region.
The RNDA led by its General Commanding Officer,Major General Johnnark Ezon-Ebi AKA Obama after an emergency meeting with its various Commanders from the entire Niger Delta at Bini River,Delta State to deliberate on burning national issues.
The Group warned the so called fugitive ex militants leaders and their paymasters who are known for this their usual trade of business in the region not to cause unnecessary tension in the country having failed woefully in the just concluded presidential election to president Muhammadu Buhari as to what they did after the fall out of the 2015 presidential election wish one of their major pay masters lost the presidential election.
The RNDA noted that the threat which was hinged on under development of the region by the supposed militant group claimed and that chief E Clark House was raided by security agencts by this administration is baseless and those not hole water because nobody is above the laws if the land,for record purporse President Muhammadu Buhari was not the cause of the under developmental challenges facing the region and that they should channel their grievances to the past leaders from the region including former president good luck Jonathan who failed woefully in contributing to the level of under development of the long neglected region for the wasted six years as president and comander in chief.
The RNDA wondered where was the so called self acclaimed Niger Delta Republic Freedom Fighters group when their son was President and commander in chief for six good miserable wasted years then crude oil price was high at the rate of 120 to 150 dollar per barrel while the crude oil production was at the rate of 2.2 to 2.4 million barrels daily,all wht we saw was wiled looting was the order of the day under the watch of the PDP and former president good luck Jonathan.
RNDA noted that enough is enough as the region cannot continue to be threatened by fugitive ex militants and thier pay masters who have no value for life and property after collecting huge amount of monies from the PDP Presidential candidate and lost,adding that the region was tired of the so called self centred and selfish ex militants their cronies who use the agitation to make money as their stock in business to the detriment of the long neglected people in the region.
The RNDA maintained that the existing peace in the region will be sustained while President Buhari led federal government will continue to confront the developmental challenges facing the region as he has demonstrated genuine commitment to the practical development of the Niger Delta citing the approval of the 13 billion naira to dredge the Warri Sea Port to enable bigger vessels to berth and boost economic activities in the region, the long aged abandoned Ogoni clean up exercise by the PDP wasted sixten rule,the 120 billion naira Bonny/Bodo Creek road project,the warri aladja to ajoujuta rail project that is ongoing among several others to mention under president Muhammadu Buhari led APC federal government in less than 3 and half years.
The Group reassured President Buhari that the RNDA will do anything and is ever ready to lead security agencies to fish out criminals and ex militants with thier paymasters whose stock in trade was to heat up the polity to get money to their hiding places from Kalabari kingdom to Okrika and to Okerenkoko in Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta State .
The Group maintained that it will not fold its hands and allow criminals to destroy the region in the name of Niger Delta agitation and will continue to stand by President Muhammadu Buhari
