The State Coordinator, Tantita Security Services Nig, Ltd (Bayelsa State, Operations), Great Joshua MacIver, alias, De Izon-Tukpa of the Niger Delta, altruistically congratulates the Minister of Petroleum Resources (State), H.E. (Chief) Timipre Sylva, on his most deserving investiture of the Commander of the Order of the Niger (CON), by the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR.
