Jubilation as Niger Delta Ex-agitators Receives December Stipends on the 15th

There is a jubilation in the Niger Delta Region as Beneficiaries of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) Surprisingly received their December Monthly Stipends today 15th.

The Jubilant Ex-agitators took to their Social media and thanked the Interim Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Col. Milland Dikio (retd.) for been truthful in terms of taking care of the welfare of Ex-agitators and assured him of their support.

NAIJA LIVE TV reported that the Interim Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Col. Milland Dikio (retd.), assured ex-agitators in the region that they would receive the payment of their N65,000 monthly stipend by 25th of every month. A promise Dikio has kept till date.

NAIJA LIVE TV reported that Dikio gave the assurance to leaders of the region in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, on the 14th of November 2020 during a meeting with the leadership of Phases 1, 2 and 3 of the PAP.

Dikio said there were too many bureaucracy in the system which often resulted in the incessant delays in the payment of the N65,000 monthly stipend.
