Vote of no confidence on Ndiomu looms as delegate allegedly strangled to death by Ndiomu boys in Abuja

An alleged vote of no confidence on the Interim Administrator of PAP, General Barry Ndiomu, looms following a misunderstanding between a first phase delegate and the security agents at the annex office of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP, located along Buzi Close, Off, Amazon Street, Abuja.

A first phase delegate of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Mr. Pere Ebidouwei, was reported to have been disciplined by the security agents at the PAP annex office while trying to make his way to the office.

He reportedly lost consciousness. This resulted an urgent medical attention at a nearby health facility.

Mr. Ebidouwei, after regaining his consciousness, notified the public in a video that he is alive and thanked the public for their concern.

In a Press Statement dated September 8, 2023, PAP also admitted that the first phase PAP delegate, Mr. Pere Ebidouwei, was disciplined subtly but added that he “pretended to have passed out.”
