The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring that every vote counts in the 2027 general elections through improved electoral processes and the deployment of technology to enhance transparency and credibility.
The Commission’s Assistant Director of Voter Education and Planning, Magdalyn Aku, stated this while representing INEC at the 2026 News Agency of Nigeria, NAN, and Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, Democracy Roundtable in Abuja.
