But findings by R on Friday revealed that Burger may have died of high blood pressure as against malaria that many people claimed.

In a recent encounter with R, Burger had opened up that he was worried about his high blood pressure and was always seen with an automatic blood pressure monitor kit and never joked with his health.

Burger in a brief interaction had during the burial of Aishat Omoge campus in Lagos State last year said he never joked with the monitor kit.

“I am always monitoring my blood pressure. I don’t go through any rigorous exercise so as not to aggravate the problem. I hope to overcome this problem soon by the grace of God,” Burger had said.

Speaking with R, TGMA President, Balogun described his death a big loss to the association and movie industry at large.

He added that “Burger will be sorely missed and no one can replace him in my heart. He was one man, who was committed to the betterment of the industry and those around him.

Balogun said artistes’ night will be held in his honour at the White House, Ikeja on January 14, while his burial will hold a day after at the Atan Cemetery, also in the state .
