Group Felicitates With Chief David Lyon On His Appointment As APC National Vice Chairman, South-South

The Chairman and Secretary of the Boma/Olodiama Committee of friends, Bayeslsa state, His Royal Highness Dr. Tony Zalakoro, the Amanaowei of Kianbiri and Hon. Joseph MacIver respectively has congratulated the Former Bayelsa Governor-elect, Chief David Lyon on his appointment as the APC National Vice Chairman South-South/ member of the APC Caretaker Committee And Extra-Ordinary Convention Planning Committee

The Group in a statement signed by its Chairman and endorsed by the secretary, Hon. Joseph MacIver described Chief Divid Lyon as man of the People, saying “Chief David Lyon’s appointment is a well deserved and a blessing for the Ijaw Nation.”

He went further to say:
“This particular appointment did not come to us as a surprise because Chief David Lyon as political leader, has the capacity efficiently with respect and dignity deserving such a high office.”
The chairman also went further to appreciate the president for the appointment:

“We also commend the President for this appointment which shows a recognition of the exemplary efforts of the Bayelsa Former Governor-elect.”

He added further that:

“We wish Chief David Lyon a success in this particular national assignment of our great party APC and in his future dealings. We congratulate and also pray for you to succeed in your political ambitions as you are call for another National assignment”

“We also congratulates all the members of the National Caretaker and the extraordinary convention planning committee led by Malam Mai Mala Buni, Governor of Yobe State”.

“We are confident that the committee under his watch will work assiduously to bring the much-needed peace and harmony within the party”

In the same vein and as made known to NAIJA LIVE TV, these appointments followed the APC dissolution of the National Working Committee, NWC of the party and in place constituted Caretaker Committee And Extra-Ordinary Convention Planning Committee
