“False Allegations against Prince Ned Nwoko defamatory”

False allegations made against PRINCE NED MUNIR NWOKO a renowned business man , lawyer, philanthropist and an ex-legislator who represented the good people of anochia and oshimili north/south federal constituency from (May 1999-2003 ). by one PAMELA IFEJOKU UZOR over the unlawful arrest of her father MR OKEY IFEJOKU who is the president of Idumuje Ugboko Development Union (IUDU) that orchestrated the 23rd May 2017 mayhem that led to the destruction of properties in the community which resulted to the death of CYPRIAN KOUMARU, a motorcyclist from Benue state and also MR ILOH, who died a year later at the federal medical center Asaba after his house and properties were destroyed in the cause of the chaos.

Miss Pamela who took to her social media page to call on the public to come to her aid over the arrest of her father by prince Ned accusing him of using his influence and money to terrorize the community and seizing the land of other people.

During the course of investigative journalism by mangrovepen.ng emerging videos and pictures have resurfaced which was recovered by premium times, showing the 2017 mayhem that occurred in the community and also nine months ago a channel tv interview which featured Chris Ogwu who is the iyase of Idumuje Ugboko, prince Walter ezeiashi ( former president general Idumuje Ugboko Development Union) and Dr micheal Nwoko (secretary, umu-omorhusi Nwoko royal family) who countered all the allegations made by some of the community members against prince NED and also stated that it was indeed late professor Gabriel Nwoko and late Martins prince Nwoko that met with prince Ned Nwoko to initiate the idea of a university in 2014, and in 2015 they took the matter to the late royal majesty late obi Albert and he asked them to put up an application to make it formal and all due process followed.

It was also stated that the family members of the late victims of the 2017 mayhem are the once seeking for justice and that made the police to swing in to action and by so doing the matter is still on and those who are the perpetrators are brought to justice.

The son of one of the late victim’s Mr Iloh also took to his social media page to counter miss Pamela stating that her father is in custody because of the 2017 mayhem and has nothing to do with prince Ned Nwoko and asking her to stop the sentimental and emotional blackmail in trying to get the sympathy of the public and also the daughter of the odogwu of idumuje Ugboko also asked miss Pamela to stop indicting the public but rather allowing justice to take place in due course and also stop Lying .

If indeed there is an unlawful arrest or detainment of MR OKEY IFEJOKU , then the appropriate thing is for his family to report to the appropriate authority to get justice and not coming to the public space to defame the personality and reputation of prince NED MUNIR NWOKO or rather still wait for justice to be served.
