Ex-President Goodluck Jonathan’s convoy Involved In Road Accident, Taken To Abuja Hospital

Former President of Nigeria, Goodluck Jonathan was reportedly involved in a road accident in Abuja.

The incident reportedly happened on Wednesday when the ECOWAS Special Envoy was on his way from the Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport to his residence in Abuja.

Although Jonathan was spotted at the National Hospital Abuja on Wednesday afternoon, it is yet unclear if casualties were recorded from the accident

An eyewitness said the accident reportedly claimed the lives of two of his aides

While reacting to the incident, a close ally of the former President told NAIJA LIVE TV in a what chat that, the report is not completely true as the former President, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan’s car was not involved in the reported accident.

One of his aides was quoted as saying that the former president was fine and back home.

“He wasn’t the one involved in the reported accident, it was the convoy car behind him that was involved in the accident”
