High Chief Lionel Jonathan-Omo, the Deputy Campaign Director of the Former Governor Chief Timipre Sylva and Elder Wilberforce Igiri campaign organisation during the 2016 governorship election is dead.
Chief Lionel Jonathan-Omo, who was also a one-time State Commissioner for Enviroment and running mate to Chief Francis Doukpola during the 1999 Governorship campaign on the platform of the All People Party(APP) was reported to have fell from the balcony of his country home Beleu-pogo in Ogbolomabiri area of Nembe city of Nembe Local Government Local Government Area of the State.
He was reported to have been relaxing on his balcony last weekend at his country home when he suddenly felt dissy and while trying to get up with the aid of a pillar close to him, he fell off the two storey building.
Close associates revealed that the fatal fall from the balcony, was discovered by his wife after hearing the sound from the kitche
