Ahead of the November 11th 2023 governorship election in Bayelsa state, Deputy Governorship flag bearer of the All Progressive Congress (APC), the Great Joshua Maciver was at Enewari Community to formally receive decampees to the APC party.
It was a joyous occasion as indigenes of Enewari turned out en masse to receive their candidate admist Funfair and Jubilation.
Ward 12 Chairman of the APC chief Igali White whilst Welcoming the great Joshua Maclver and his entourage declared total support for the party and offered an open hand to all who are ready to work with the party to move the community forward.
Chairman, Council of Chiefs of Enewari Community, Chief Egberi Opakemiemene and the director general Izon Tukpa Youth Movement Comrade Matthew Perekebena also bared their minds as they expressed their joy at the turnout of events.
They also advised people of the community to harm themselves with their PVCs and shun all forms of electoral violence come Nov. 12.
The decampees were formally welcomed to the party as the Great Joshua Maclver pledged to keep to all Campaign promises and carry the community along should they emerge victorious come Nov. 12.
The people of the community showed their appreciation as they sang and danced hoping that their expectations will be fulfilled by the Slyva/Maclver ticket come Nov 12 with their Support.
