The running mate to H.E, Chief Timipre Sylva, governorship candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Great Joshua Maciver, has thanked the National Working Committee (NWC) and the state party leadership as well as other party functionaries who attended his unveiling as Deputy candidate to H.E, Chief Timipre Sylva.
Great Joshua MacIver, in a statement on Sunday, equally thanked all dignitaries that was at the event and pledged 100% commitment and loyalty to the Opuabadi (Sylva) at all times.
Specifically thanking the National Chairman of the APC, H.E, Abdullahi Ganduje, Great Joshua Maciver also appreciated the Governor of Gombe State, who doubles as the Chairman of the National Campaign Council, H.E., Muhammad Inuwa Yahaya, other members of the National Campaign Council as well as the Bayelsa State APC chairman, Dr., Dennis Otiotio, and the state working committee members.
He said”I was officially unveiled on the 29th, September 2023, by H.E., Chief Timipre Sylva, “The Opuabadi”, the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Bayelsa State, the next governor of Bayelsa State February 14th 2024 by His Grace, as his running mate and the deputy governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the November 11th, 2023 gubernatorial election in Bayelsa State.
“Let me use this opportunity to say a VERY BIG THANK YOU to H.E., Chief Timipre Sylva, and his lovely wife, Our Mommy, H.E., Chief, Mrs Alanyingi Sylva for this great opportunity.
“As I said, I promise my 100% commitment, loyalty, and most importantly, be truthful to you in every situation.
“My appreciation goes to the National Chairman of the APC, H.E., Abdullahi Ganduje, former governor of Kano State, who personally came down to Bayelsa State for my unveiling and other members of the NWC.

Great Joshua Maciver was officially unveiled on Friday as the Deputy Governorship candidate and running mate to H.E Chief Timipre Marlin Sylva, for the November 11 polls in the state.
The history making event which took place at the Matho Crystal Hotels in Yenagoa was well attended by both national and state leaders of the party as well as other top dignitaries.
During the event, the “6 point agenda” Manifesto of H.E Chief Timipre Marlin Sylva, was also unveiled.
