Nigerian comedy stars Basketmouth, Bovi and Gordons are among the headliners for the Accra edition of the Glo ‘Lafta Fest.’
The capital city of Ghana is agog with excitement as it prepares to host the event at the Fantasy Dome, Trade Fair Complex, on Saturday.
Glo subscribers in Accra and its environ will be treated to a delightful comedy session as some of Nigeria’s humour merchants including Seyi Law, Dan D Humorous and Senator – get set to unleash their wit and talent on the city.

Other acts expected to perform are some of Ghana’s comedy A-listers like DKB, Khemical, Jacinta and Foster Romanus.
They will be complemented by the Salvador, Uganda’s leading comedian, for an evening of fun and endless entertainment.
A statement by Globacom, organisers of the event said, “a potpourri of Nigerian and Ugandan jokes will be unleashed on Ghanaians so they will enjoy the taste of what their Nigerian brothers and sisters have been enjoying over the years.”
