AHEAD OF NOVEMBER POLLS: APC Guber Candidate, Chief Timipre Sylva Holds Town-Hall Meeting with Igbo, AREWA Communities in Bayelsa

The Governorship candidate of the all Progressive Congress (APC) in Bayelsa Stste Chief Timipre Slyva and his deputy the Great Joshua MacIver has continued their campaign tour of the state, meeting key political figures as well as other important sub – groups in the state to Garner support in order to achieve the 2024 creek haven goal.

First point of call was the residence of APC chieftain and key political figure in Yenagoa Local Government, Chief Sobere Appah in a courtesy visit.

There was also an interactive session with the igbo community where they highlighted the challenges they face and requested that he intervenes when he becomes governor as they are solidly behind him in every way.

Stating that there was need to engage the people at the grassroots in order to pinpoint their challenges and how to tackle them, Slyva also unveiled some key points in his agenda which he will use in changing the Bayelsa story for the better.

ALSO, The hausa community in the state was not left out as they were also given an audience in a town hall meeting where they also pledged their support to the sylva maciver ticket in hopes of having better living conditions in the state come 2024.

Once again Slyva did not fail in reassuring them that the Slyva Maclver government will be fair to them if they support the party in winning the elections.

With less than 3months to the governorship election in the state, the all Progressive congress is leaving no stone unturned in ensuring that they occupy creek haven come 2024….
