“I will extrapolate between the lines of possibilities” Engr. Donald Gbelebo reacts as Stakeholders’s mount pressure on him to contest Constituency 4 Seat

A CALL TO SERVE;

Hon. (Engr) Donald Hezekiah Gbelebo is under intense pressure to contest in the forth coming State House of Assembly election to represent the good people of Constituency 4 in the southern Ijaw Local Government’ Area of Bayelsa State by some notable political stakeholders within and outside his constituency across party lines.

In his early Life,

Hon.( Engr.) Donald Gbelebo, an indigene of Olugbobiri community was born on the 12th August, 1971. He attended St. Gabriel state school Olugbobiri. Then, later went to St. Matthews State School Egue-ama in Brass L.G.A, where he obtained his First School Leaving Certificate. He further attended C.C.S Korokorosei, and later proceeded to C.C.S Olugbobiri where he completed his secondary education.

He went to the then College of Education, Port Harcourt, now Ignatius Ajuru university of education, where he obtained his NCE in mathematics and Chemistry.

His love for education endeared him to went further to attend the Federal University of technology Owerri (FUTO) where he obtained his bachelor of engineering in mechanical engineering with major in Industrial and Production engineering option.

He then proceeded to the prestigious University of Nigeria, Nsukka where he obtained a Masters degree in Industrial engineering and management.

Hon.( Engr.) Donald Gbelebo is a silent achiever who has served creditably well in several areas of his political carrier.

Firstly, he was among the pioneer PDP elected councillors in Southern ijaw LGA between 1999 to 2002.

He was later appointed as member Apoi- Olodiama devpt. Center by former governor and President Goodluck Jonathan in 2006 to 2007.

He was appointed as S.A Political Matters by former Chairman of Southern ijaw L.G.A, Chief Remember P.N Ogbe in 2013 to 2015.

Presently, he is serving as the Snr. Legislative Aid to Hon. Preye Influence Oseke, member representing Southern ijaw Federal constituency in the National Assembly Abuja.

However, despite the immerse pressure mounted on him to consider contesting for the state assembly seat in southern Ijaw constituency 4. He has not make his intention known to the public whether to accept or not.

He thank those who are calling on him to contest for the confidence reposed on him and the display of their love.
