Big things are happening or seem to have happened during the last Gubernatorial elections in Edo State, there is a worrisome letter making the rounds online allegedly originating from the Office Of the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor Of Delta State On Security Matters, Hon Ezekiel Daniel demanding the refund of a certain Seven Hundred and Forty Thousand Naira, 740k made available by the Delta State Governor, Dr Ifeanyi Okowa to buy voters in Ovia Southwest Local Government Area of the State during the last September 19th Edo Gubernatorial election.
The money was alleged to be meant for mobilizing voters at their polling unit in Itagbene.
The letter was allegedly written to the NBA chairman, Edo State Branch in complaints of the fraudulent act perpetrated by one of its members while demanding a refund of the said amount.
Over to the necessary security agencies to do their work. Take not the authenticity of the letter can not be verified by us as it is already a viral document.
