Pro, anti-Buhari protesters clash in New York

Some protesters on Friday clashed in New York while President Muhammadu Buhari addressed the United Nations General Assembly, UNGA.

The clash was between pro and anti-Buhari protesters.

Reno Omokri, former aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan led the anti-Buhari protesters.

Omokri addressed the protesters on the failures of Buhari since he assumed power.

He pointed out that Buhari is responsible for the depreciation of the naira.

Omokri stressed that the continued loans collected by the Buhari-led government was responsible for the depreciation of the naira.

He also talked about the killings, insecurity challenges in Nigeria.

According to Omokri, the protest was aimed at harassing Buhari out of New York.

While Omokri was busy reeling out Buhari’s failures to the world, the pro-Buhari protesters could be heard praising the president.
