The National Association of Presidential Amnesty Students worldwide (NAPASW), on behalf of chapter presidents, stakeholders and the entire student community, commiserated with the family of late former Special Adviser (SA) to the President on Niger Delta and Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) over the painful demise of their son, Late Prof. Charles Quaker Dokubo, who died yesterday, Wednesday 24th August 2022 after a brief illness.

In a condolence message issued from the Office of the National President-Elect, Comrade Patrick Ipidei, the student body expressed shock over the sudden passing on the erudite Professor.

The statement reads in part: “The National President, onbehalf of the executive council, chapter presidents, stakeholders and the entire student community of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), express shock at the death of our beloved father, leader, administrator, special adviser and a highly respected intellectual in Ijaw who has contributed immensely to human and infrastructural development of the Ijaw nation, Niger Delta and the country at large as a public servant. Indeed, the Niger Delta has lost a rare gem that is hard to replace.

“On behalf of the entire PAP Student Community, I commiserate with the Dokubo family in Abonnima Local Government Area of Rivers State over the passing on of Late Prof. Charles Quaker Dokubo, former Special Adviser to President Muhammadu Buhari on Presidential Amnesty Program (PAP) and Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme”.

The President prayed God to grant the bereaved family the fortitude to to bear the irreparable loss as they student body wishes the Late Professor eternal rest in the bossom of the Lord.
