The teenage monarch of Okeluse Kingdom in Ondo State, Oba Oloyede Adeyeoba Akinghare II, has graduated from secondary school.

The Arujale (Ojima) of Okeluse shared photos from his graduation on his Instagram page and thanked his family, school, and everyone else for their support throughout his six-year educational journey.

Akinghare is considered to be the youngest ruling monarch in Nigeria.

NAIJA LIVE TV reported that, The selection and appointment of Oba Oloyede was conducted by the community’s king-makers while the approval of the appointment was done by the State Executive Council presided over by Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu.

The Governor commended the people for upholding tradition and ensuring a peaceful transition that culminated in the presentation of the Staff of Office to the king.

The Ondo State Governor , Mr. Rotimi Akeredolu presented the Staff of Office to the Seventeen years old young monarch, Oba Oloyede Akinghare II, the Arujale Ojima of Okeluse kingdom at the coronation ceremony in Ose local government area of the state in line with the custom and tradition of the people.

Before the presentation of the instrument of office to the new monarch, the young Monarch was a 17-year-old Senior Secondary School student.
