No back door communication, tribunal chairman tells lawyers

Kaduna – The chairman of National Assembly and state House of Assembly election tribunal, Justice Abdulkadir Suleiman has warned litigants in the tribunal to desist from “behind the door communication” with members of the tribunal and their support staff.

Inaugurating the tribunal in Kaduna, Justice Suleiman said all communications must be open.

He said members of the Tribunal will strive to ensure that justice is not only done but is seen to be done.
