……Set to liberate Rivers People from Political Captivities
Mrs. Sobomaba Abigail Ayo. O. The Rivers State Gubernatorial candidate of The National Rescue Movement Party (NRM) Flagged off her campaign on Wednesday the 16th of January, 2019.
In her acceptance speech, she promised to Liberate everybody from political captivity and Opportunism.
The event which took place in the oil rich city of Port-Harcourt Rivers State witnessed a massive turn out of party faithfuls from the 23 Local Government Areas and beyond.
The event witnessed large turn out of defectors from the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) and the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).

She says that there is an urgent need in the state to right all the wrongs . She decried the non payment of pension to the retired civil servants and bursaries to all Rivers State students. Adding that a major step her government would ensure if elected on the 2nd of March 2019, is to put a stop to the situation

“I will change the orientation of the youths towards nation building”
“I shall embark on a total review of the previous policies to make them pro-masses, and ensure everyone is represented in the scheme of things”
“I would need all your support to make this vision a reality, for a better Rivers State”
“Government business will be conducted in an open and transparent manner”
“Goals and timelines shall be set to accomplish every aspect of our manifesto”
“There will be human capacity and infrastructural development not only in Obio Akpor and Port-Harcourt Local Government Areas but in the other 21 Local Government Areas”. Mrs. Sobomaba Ayo said.
The gubernatorial candidate, Mrs. Sobomaba A.O. Ayo urged the people to give a woman a chance by voting for NRM. As that will build a new, peaceful and beneficial Rivers State.
