Court dismisses the first respondent (inec) motion in ANDP vs Inec case in the tribunal

Still reading. The cause of action arose on 14th feb 2020. It is not a pre election matter.

The withdrawal of the first case does not affect the fresh suit. The parties are not the same.

Inec had no right to disqualify and so in the eyes of the law nothing happened.
