Rivers State Governor has canceled the total lockdown on Port Harcourt and Obio/Akpor Local Government Area.

The governor has earlier announced that the total lockdown will continue 8PM 26 May, 2020.

In essence, no part of Rivers State is or will be under any lockdown from this moment and this will be so, except where it becomes necessary again.#Lockdown #Broadcast
