Iran’s Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, has condemned a deadly Ukrainian attack on an Iranian commercial vessel in the Caspian Sea, describing it as a violation of the United Nations Charter.
In a statement, Araghchi said the attack “cannot go unanswered” and accused Israel of provoking the incident in a bid to draw Europe into the ongoing conflict.
The Iranian Foreign Minister did not provide further details but insisted that Tehran would respond to what it described as an unlawful attack on its commercial vessel.
