The immediate past chairman of the Independent National electoral commission (INEC) Prof. Attahiru Jega has confirmed the existence of the commission central Server. 

Prof. Attahiru Jega who was the INEC Chairman during Dr. Goodluck Jonathan’s administration said this in reaction to the commission denial of the existence of the central server despite appropriation of billions in that regard during the 2019 presidential elections. 

He said; “INEC server exist and it is functional. Let’s call a spade a spade. I was once INEC chairman and results were transmitted electronically during my time”. —Prof. Attahiru Jega
