Court rejects divorce application after wife got pregnant for husband during divorce process

A Nigerian court has been able to resolve a couple’s conflict by rejecting their divorce application as the husband impregnated the wife during the divorce process.

The intending couples who were set to divorce were kept on hold by the Nigerian Law court because of the covid-19 virus but the husband had been sleeping with his wife and had earned her full consent while at it.

This has led her to become pregnant amidst a divorce trial.

The lawyer, Fowosere Esq, has come to Twitter to tell the interesting story that often happens in matrimonial cases.
