Look at what the court ruled;

Justice Inyang Ekwo voided Uche Nwosu’s candidacy on the grounds of double nomination by two political parties, APC and AA, in violation of section 37 of the Electoral Act.

The court ruled that Uche Nwosu was a candidate of both APC and AA, that after the primaries, that Nwosu obtained a court order at the FCT High Court Abuja, recognising him as the candidate APC for the Imo 2019 governorship election.

The court said that the judgement was still subsisting having not been vacated by a higher court when Uche Nwosu emerged the candidate of AA in the same election.

Justice Ekwo therefore noted that Nwosu participated in the APC’s primaries held on October 6, 2018 and was subsequently nominated as the party’s governorshndidate. And on on Oct. 9, 2018, he obtained an order of Justice Valentine Ashi of the High Court of the FCT Abuja, recognising him as the valid candidate of the party.
