Christians have been called upon to love one another as God is himself is love who does not discriminate against race, colour, tribe or background.
Pastor Ezekiel Ogbadu, gave this charge while preaching Christmas sermon at Christian Mission In Many Lands, (C.M.M.L), Agada – Ogbabede in Dekina Local Government Area of Kogi State.
Pastor Ezekiel Ogbadu, who took his text from the book of Luke 2 vs 8- said “the love of God to mankind is overwhelming” stressing that, that is why he made salvation free for all.
He said marking the celebration of Jesus Christ involves merriment but merriment that involves drunkenness, formication, and all forms of anti holy activities are condemnable.
He urged all Christians to imbibe the act of holiness as they celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ noting that celebrating Christmas without living the life of Christ is self deception.
Earlier, they were special numbers from both C.M.M.L junior and senior choir to mark the birth of Jesus Christ.
Clergy men from the area like Rev Ilemona John and Rev Ogala Sani were at the Church service to also worship and celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ.
