BREAKING: Lagos Remain Lockdown during Easter celebration – Gov’t

The Lagos state Government said it has not not given any directive to lift the Lockdown during the Easter celebration.

A source close to the commissioner for information Lagos state spoke with NAIJA LIVE TV on a telephone conversation that Gov. Sanwo-olu did not give any directive that Lagosian should be allowed between the hours of 8 am-to-4 am on Friday to enable residents of the state to shop for Easter celebration.

He said the Lagos State Government do not have the power to relieve the restriction ban because it was an order from the President Muhammadu Buhari. That only the President can relieve the ban and not the Lagos state Government
