Brass Local Government Chairman, Hon. Bello Bina, has today warned youths in the area to stop taking laws into their hands, saying that henceforth culprits will be made to face the full wrath of the law.

He gave the warning while talking to newsmen shortly after the thanksgiving service held in honour of the Secretary to the State Government and paramount ruler of Ada-Ama town, HRH Chief (Barr.) David Serena Dokubo-Spiff, at the St. Barnabas Anglican Church, Twon-Brass.

Bello, who said that Brass LGA has experienced relative peace since he assumed office in April, added that peace and order have come to stay in the area.
While thanking the SSG for reuniting with his subordinates and forgiving members of the opposition All Progressives Congress (APC) that took part in the invasion of his residence on the 5th of December, 2015, the council boss maintained that his administration is working towards the sensitization of youths, with a view to prompting them to channel their energies into more productive activities.
He further advised youths not to allow selfish politicians to use them as tools to cause havoc in the area.
According to him, Hon. Seriake Dickson has fulfilled most of the campaign promises he made to the people of Brass LGA, stating that the ongoing renovation of schools both in Lia-Ama and Odio-ama communities, the canalization and construction of the ultramodern market in Sangana, the construction of linking bridge in Egwe-ama, and the ongoing shore protection project in Kemmer-Ama, Twon-Brass, among others, are a testament to this fact.
