The APC Candidate for the Bayelsa West Senatorial Bye-election Rt. Hon. Peremobowei Ebebi said he is Appealing a Federal High-court, Yenagoa Judgement that Disqualifying him from Contesting the Bayelsa West Senatorial Bye-election

NAIJA LIVE TV Learned that a Federal High-court, sitting in Yenagoa has today Disqualified Rt. Hon. Peremobowei Ebebi as the Candidate of APC for the Bayelsa West Bye-elections.

PDP Candidate Seriake Dickson had earlier ask the Court to Disqualify Rt. Hon. Peremobowei Ebebi on the ground that the Bayelsa APC doesn’t conduct a valid Primary Election…

Reacting to the unfortunate Judgement, the Director General of the Rt. Hon. Peremobowei Ebebi Campaign Organization Hon. Ofoni Williams told NAIJA LIVE TV on telephone that they have instructed their lawyers to Appeal the judgement immediately.
