All progressive Congress (APC)on19th January 2019 held unsuccessful rally which was marred by hoodlum at Rwam Pam township stadium the venue of the rally.
It started when the campaign DG of Buhari Hon Rotimi Chibuike Amaechi arrived at the venue where the police public Relations officer PPRO plateau command informed the public of their preparateness to ensure rally free and safety of life and property by deploying 2050 policeman to beef up security during the rally.

Despite the purported hired crowd from the neighbouring states, and the presence of security that cut across all the security outfits, president Mohammadu Buhari was whisked out like breeze as he was suspected to have lack strength and wisdom to address the hired crowd.
Sources said the president and his team have nothing to offer the people of Plateau state.
Another cross section of the society affirmed that the pandemonium was caused by the DG of Industrial Training Fund Sir Joseph Ari who ordered security to allow the hoodlums to invade the podium where the president is expected to address the crowd.
President Buhari dejectedly and shamefully
disappeared from his seat without altering a word as to what brought him to JOS.
The hoodlums also vandalized the presidential vehicles by smashing the screen to gain access on how to loot and cause security threats, which later metamorphosed to total failure of the rally.
