APC organize mega rally in bayelsa, receive decampees

Former governor Timipre Sylva has restated that the all progressive Congress APC is determined to win all elections in the state beginning from the state assembly, house of representative, senate governorship and presidential elections in 2019.

Chief Sylva stated this during a mega rally organized to receive decampees from the opposition parties in Yenagoa.

Former MEGA PARTY governorship aspirant prince Okubo,Rtd maj. Degifa Daris, Dogood Etimi, Micah Budah,Solomon Bonny Are among the top politicians that defected to pitch their political tent with the All progressives Congress APC in the state.

They said the non performance of the ruling PDP Led government in the state and declining support of the people at the grassroots made them to take this critical political decision.

The returnees were welcomed to the party in grand style as the leader of the party in the state chief timipre Sylva appreciated them for the bold step and promised to give an all round support to the new party members.

Chief Timipre Sylva who also said the gathering was organized in his stance as a rally point to continually build unity in the party noted that APC has come to win all elections as the President Buhari led federal government is determined to fight corruption and bad governance to a stand still.

According to the former governor with the kind of candidate’s presented by the opposition PDP In the Elections APC will sweep all positions as victory is guaranteed all round.

The state APC party chairman Barr. Jothan Amos, chairman of the planning committee, hon. Ibarakumo Otobo, APC West Senatorial standard Bearer Capt, Karimo, SILGA, house of representatives Hopeful Hon. Preye Ozeke and other party chieftains were handy to receive the decampees.

Over five thousands party members participated in the rally as the Party Secretariat came back Alive with drums of celebrations rolled out in grand style.
